A complete project including digital, print and experiential design elements.
This design package was completed for a wedding taking place on July 22, 2023. Starting with a general branding approach, deliverables were built out including a logo and monogram, a three page website with RSVP functionality, invitations and assorted collateral, posters, a seating chart, and brand-relevant clothing and accessories.
A desire was established early for violet to play a strong role in the overall aesthetic of the wedding. Using this, a color palette was arranged that would also lend well to the venue, and could incorporate the greens and whites of various corsages and boutonnieres.
With a design guide in hand, the remaining assets were created.
Leveraging the established style guide, the website was created with the primary function of allowing guests to quickly and easily RSVP. Additionally, information such as times, dates, and the couple's story are available.
As the invitation is the first item to be received, it was intended to be visually striking and introduce the brand in a strong way. To do this, a UV spot treatment was applied to elements of the invitation and information card. This provides a reflective and textured quality.
For the reception, a seating chart, posters, lighting, food and table settings were prepared to match the wedding brand visuals. A floor plan was drawn in scale, allowing for wayfinding preparations and the creation of the seating chart.
